Receiving your favorite vitamins has never been easier! A recurring order allows you to preorder the supplements you use most and set how often they are delivered to your door. Say you take a daily multi-vitamin and you know you finish the bottle every two months. Why not let Balance Natural Vitamin shop take care of refilling your multi-vitamin automatically? No more last minute runs to the store or high retail prices. Simply set up a recurring order of your multi-vitamin for delivery every 2 months, and you’re all set. You can feel good knowing you’re getting the highest quality supplements, at an exceptional value, delivered when you need them – hassle free!
How much do I save with recurring orders?
You save money and time with recurring orders! You receive a 15% discount on every recurring order, and make your life simpler by ordering once online and receiving automatic deliveries to your door.
Can I redeem Balance Rewards Points on recurring orders?
Because recurring orders are already sold at a 15% discount, Balance Points cannot be used toward recurring orders.
How do I set up a recurring order?
Set up is easy! Shop Balance Natural Vitamins for your favorite products, and click on the product image for more details. Here, at the top of each product page you can select ‘Subscribe and Save 15%’ and then select the frequency of your recurring order by choosing ‘Delivery Every 1-6 Month(s)’ using the dropdown menu. You'll have the opportunity to review your recurring order details in your shopping cart before proceeding to check out.
How do I control how often my recurring order ships?
It’s up to you! You can choose how often your recurring order ships at the time of purchase by choosing ‘Delivery Every 1-6 Month(s)’ using the dropdown menu on the product page. Remember, your shopping cart can include products with different recurring orders, each set on the delivery schedule that works best for you. For instance, you could add a supplement for delivery every 2 months and add another product with delivery every 5 months, and that would work just fine.
For an existing recurring order, if you’d like to change how often it’s delivered, simply log-in to your account and click ‘manage subscriptions.’ There you can check the frequency and make changes as you like.
Can I make a one-time purchase and a recurring order at the same time?
Yes! The shopping cart is very flexible and allows you order different products at the delivery frequency that works for you. Add a one-time purchase to your cart and a recurring order product. It’s smooth and easy.
When am I billed for my recurring orders?
When you set up a recurring order, you are only billed for the first shipment at checkout. Then, each time you receive your next automatic delivery (either one to six months from now – depending on what frequency you’ve selected) you will be billed for the products you receive at that time.
Can I change or update my recurring order settings?
Of course! You can manage, edit, skip, pause, and even add-to existing orders. Simply log-in using the credentials you created during your first order. Once you’re in to your account, you’ll see a link to ‘manage subscriptions.’ Simply click here to see information about the recurring orders you’ve placed, like the ‘date created,’ delivery ‘frequency,’ and ‘last payment.’ Here you can also manage your subscriptions and change your settings.
How do I end my recurring order?
All good things come to an end, so if you need to stop your recurring order with Balance Natural Vitamins we understand. Simply log-in to your account, click ‘manage subscriptions’ and follow the prompts to end your order.

How do I check my points balance?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this popup.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.
Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!
Do my points expire?
Nope! Your points will never expire.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?
We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab.
What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?
From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
HEAT SENSITIVE ITEMS
My package arrived and the cold pack isn't frozen. Is the product ok?
Yes, the product is fine. We include ice packs to keep the product cool in transit, but thawing over time is natural.
My heat sensitive product is warm. Is it ok?
Yes. Heat sensitive products can be exposed to high temperatures over short periods of time, without concern of the heat harming the product. This also includes probiotics. Cold packs are included in these shipments to keep the product at room temperature.
Why do you recommend I ship heat sensitive products overnight?
A heat sensitive product shipped via two or three day delivery is not within the manufacturers' shipping standards for this type of product; therefore we cannot guarantee that the product has maintained 100% of its potency.
Why do you state the product is heat sensitive when the bottle says to "store at room temperature"?
We state this as the product should maintain room temperature during transit to ensure the quality of the product.
How do I store my heat sensitive product?
To maintain maximum potency, you should refrigerate the heat sensitive product as soon as you receive it.
Can I return my heat sensitive product?
Heat sensitive items are perishable and therefore non-returnable.
Can I use more than one discount when I checkout?
Only one discount can be used per order (ie recurrring order discount OR first order discount).
